At Daisy Lane Publishing we aim to produce beautiful quality books that readers will treasure for years to come. If a book is faulty or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will attempt to help with a replacement product.
However, we do not exchange or refund for change-of-mind purchases.

At Daisy Lane Publishing we use both Australia Post and Sendle.
If you order multiple books and one is either out of stock or a pre-order, your full order will be sent when all books are available to keep postage to a minimum. If you would rather receive books separately, please order them separately so you don’t need to wait.
Prices for overseas shipping vary. Please inquire separately.
