FANTASTIC EARLY REVIEWS

FOR WATCH HER SHINE

"Deborah Henry creates a world of magic, fairy tale, and lush fantasy, like Gabriel Garcia Marquez translated for kids. Wonderful and playful!"

Josip Novakovitch - International Man Booker Prize Finalist

"In this beautifully illustrated and vividly colourful book we are transported to a world where Princess Dembe lives at one with nature and the supernatural, using both to tap into her courage, tenacity and inner strength to defeat the evil villain, Prince Damian and save The Beloved Land.

This fast paced, imaginative and inspiring story not only encourages young readers to be themselves, but to build community with others, and work together with animals and nature for the common good. It truly is a much needed lesson for our times."

Pauline Turley, Vice Chair, Irish Arts Centre.
