Belinda is an illustrator based in Sydney, Australia. She is a member of SCWBI (Society of Childrens Book Writers and Illustrators), and has previously attended their biannual conference in Sydney, where she was selected to participate in the illustrators showcase. Belinda has also attended the KidLitVic conference in Melbourne to showcase her portfolio.

Belinda has completed a number of courses in writing, illustrating and character design for childrens books. Belinda majored in Visual Arts at school and at university, whilst studying primary school teaching. Throughout her teaching career Belinda has specialised in early literacy, writing and visual arts.

These days she is delighted to spend much of her time drawing, painting, illustrating and working on commissioned art. When not illustrating, Belinda is teaching and tutoring, volunteering at her sons’ school or cheering them on from the sideline of a sporting field or the stalls of a theatre or music hall.
