Michael Ray is a Solo Dad, Writer, Public Speaker, Blogger, Master of Ceremonies and Advocate for Equality and Change. 

 

He has an exceptionally big heart and through his stories inspires us to be the best we can be, regardless of what obstacles are thrown at us. 

 

Michael’s journey with his daughter is a magical recipe of love, perseverance, and grit, and he takes us on this journey with him. He is not afraid to tell it how it is, along with the profound effect this has had on him as a solo dad. 

 

Michael addresses the outdated gender and societal roles that are no longer applicable and the negative impact on organisational, business and personal outcomes. His debut book, Who Knew? tackles all the tough stuff whilst he speaks straight from the heart. And there’s a touch of humour too.
